Delivery is via Australia Post. Your order will be dispatched in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery is approximately 7 to 10 working days. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number so you can contain your excitement. 

Please email us if you have any questions regarding returns or if you have not received your delivery in time.

Currently our shipping is only for Australia wide.

Your drink bottle is made of durable,  double-walled 18/8 stainless steel vacuum bottle with copper insulation . 

Your bottle has an awesome handle so you can take it wherever life takes you. 

We recommend storing your bottle with the lid off. This will help keep your bottle looking and smelling fresh. Allow your bottle to air dry completely with the lid open. This will help to avoid unwanted moisture build up in your bottle and around the seal.

Avoid using fizzy liquids such as mineral water and soft drinks as this can cause excessive pressure build up in your bottle.

Make sure you fill your bottle 1/4 of the way with room temp water before adding any boiling water. Allow a few minutes for the steam to escape before putting the lid back on.

Hand wash your bottle with warm soapy water. Do not put your bottle in the dishwasher.

Make sure you add water to your bottle before dropping in ice cubes. Do not put your bottle in the freezer.

I will continue to source great products, starting with high quality to last longer so as not to end up in landfill and if they do, will try to make sure they are not there to damage our planet.
